I was off week and a half. Almost too soon. Was exhausted and my incision hurt. ( I'm a teacher) too much bending.....

I am also an admin assistant and I took a week and a half off. I've been back to work now for 2 weeks and it's going ok. I get exhausted throughout the day but it's ok.

I'm a mail carrier and have to dead lift 70 lbs.... 5 weeks for me and I'm easing back in the next two weeks, only working one or two days at a time. I'll be going back with all those Christmas packages and military trunks.

I took 2 weeks off, probably could have taken three. I napped at lunch and right after work for the next two more weeks but I wasn't in pain.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
