Current: 255

I'm a slow loser...OA in both knees...debilitating for at least 10 years. Got knee injections a month ago. For the first time since high school I walked 1.25 miles today. Just loaded Map My Walk! Maybe adding this exercise will jump start my loss again after a month-log stall!

I LOVE Map my Walk!! I have all kinds of routes plotted out for one mile, 2 mils, 4 miles. Congratulations on the longer walk!
