cartmansnj 105 Posted September 30, 2013 That depends on who you ask. My surgeon has told me there is nothing that is off limits. It is about Portion Control. I am almost 8 months out and dont drink soda. I did have a small glass of champagne and did not have any problems.
gamergirl 4,610 Posted September 30, 2013 Yes I believe so. But from reading your posts, I cannot urge you enough to please, for the sake of your life and your health, please stick to your doctor's diet closely and don't take chances. I say this out of caring, and will add that you might benefit from talking to a counselor who may be able to help you with some of your post op struggles. 1 ItsMe2033 reacted to this

atlchick 42 Posted September 30, 2013 If you are only 2-3 weeks post op I would think that would be pretty abrasive on your healing tummy. Its pretty acidic?

No game 14,437 Posted September 30, 2013 I think the OP is only 2-3 weeks post op if I'm not mistaken. Yes the op is only a week out And seems to be struggling by the posts that Ive been reading. To the op. please seek some help. I would strongly suggest you put a call into your surgeon and explain the difficulties you have been having. And as the others have said soda this early out could definitely be dangerous. 3 LMarie, mlcarawan and gamergirl reacted to this
