Have you tried a probiotic that seems to help me!!! I am paying out of pocket so I am not forced to see a nutritionist so kinda on my own until two weeks before. Surgeon's office said I could start the 2 week diet now which is 5 Protein Shakes a day and one green meal (4-6 oz lean Protein and 2 cups veggies).

I usually get mine at Wal-Mart here in the states. They say refrigerated Probiotics are better but if they are not in my pull thing I forget to take them. I have been taking a brand called Ultimate Flora big pic of sunshine on box!!

I had my surgery on September 27th so we will be walking the same path. Good luck. Lord knows I am going to need it. I was 285 and now I am 263 it's not a lot but it's better than nothing. I am hoping for better weeks to come.
