You'll do fine! i just started mine this morning too. I can have Protein Shakes, clear liquid, sf Jello, broth and certain vegetables. Just keep the big picture in mind. I want my surgery to be as safe as possible and shrinking the fat around my liver will help!

Thanks. I am trying very hard. I'm pretty miserable. My stomach is gurgling with hungry. I'm at work so all I have is another shake with me. I'm going to get some gum at lunch time too.
