ReDbEaN 654 Posted September 28, 2013 Your Nut should have given you a "grocery list"...definitely need Vitamins, Protein Drinks, clear liquids...that's about all I could handle...and I was doing good to get all of my fluids in at first.

I wasn't sure because it seems very mixed as to whether I will be able to eat anything or not. I don't see my nut until the day before surgery because our schedules conflict. megansmommy123 57 Posted September 30, 2013 Liquid Tylenol, chewable Gas-x (works great for getting gas bubbles to come out. chicken broth, crystal light, Protein Shakes. My NUT allowed yogurt the first week, so plain low sugar yogurt, sugar free popcicles, sugar free fudgecicles, sugar free Jello and pudding. sugar free hard candies (they are nice to suck on when you want to taste something). That sounds like a great idea for any after taste I may incur. I would love to be able to have yogurt as well. Thanks!
