LeanMeanFightinMachine 38 Posted September 28, 2013 As anyone had trouble with the sublingual B12? It is making my tongue white and seems to interfere with swallowing a bit? I'm stopping it until my next appointment. Also Calcium chewable are huge! I have been doing good getting Water in at 64+ oz a day, Vitamins, and Protein. Three more NUT appointments left. Any swelling, trouble breathing, or tight feeling in your throat?

Is there a b12 chewable? I will test again and determine the b12 cause absolutely then I can also watch symptoms more carefully. Thanks!
