SW 244 CW 192. Slow and steady. I have just started exercising so I am hoping that will pick things up. First two pics were taken shortly after surgery so I think I was down about 15lbs. 3rd and 4th pic taken this morning.

It will be the best thing you ever do for yourself. There will be struggles but in the end... Even just 4 months out, it is the best thing I could have done for myself!
