I looked up dry brushing on you tube…very interesting. Supposed to work for cellulite and excessive skin. I wonder if it truley works

I looked into this too, and purchased a brush on Amazon. What the hell, it cant hurt and anything that stimulates better circulation can't be a bad thing. You do feel all tingly after. lol

I got mine at Target. It comes with a big stick attached to it (hold your tongue aroundhky lol) but I just removed it and use the strap on (again, shhh) on the back. It was less than $10.

Its not really that exciting but if you put on some background music while dry brushing and shimmy like no one's looking then I guess it could get a little steamy lol.

Dry brushing? I have lost 91 lbs since January and the skin is terrible. I still have a lot to go, but I'm interested.
