Peggy D 124 Posted September 26, 2013 I was given a prescription for 1000 mcg injection once a week after my initial lab work done 3+ months before surgery & am to continue until I have lab work done again 3 months post-op. It only costs $11.08 with insurance, $13.19 without, every 4 weeks. It's not a problem giving myself injections as I've given myself insulin injections for 20+ years. christieouchley 55 Posted September 26, 2013 I love Spark by Advocare (fruit punch flavor, yum). Each 8 oz drink has 750% of your B12 and B6, with amino acids to help with focus power. It definately works. I feel an energy rush immediately and lasts a long time. You can have up to 2 per day. I usually just need one about 2 o'clock, along with a good cup of coffee about 8am and I am set. I have friends who have replaced their morning with coffee, I just cant do it. It would be perfect for those still in the healing stage.
