Panicking a bit

Sitting in waiting room, pre op done, everything cleared waiting for nutrition class- panicking at all the new restrictions & requirements.... I can do this....I'm ready for this .,...... Repeat and take deep breaths. Yes I'm talking myself thru this panic attack

You will do just fine.. Yres I feel. Just like u at times.. Taking deep breathes does help !

Before these pre-op jitters, you had made a calm, reasoned decision to do this (I hope, lol). Remember that - you wouldn't be human if you weren't a bit worried about what lies ahead. But just keep breathing, you are making a great decision for you and your health. Good luck !!!
