I am new here and I have a surgery date of November 4th. Very anxious about getting approved. I have my psych evaluation Monday and nutrition visit scheduled for October 14th. Would like to follow along with others with progress.

I got my date for the Nutrition class and pre-op testing and final physical. Received my FMLA approval yesterday for my job, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I'm so excited.
