The first three days of that liquid diet were HARD, but didn't seem as bad after that. You got this and will be on the losers bench in no time!

It is mental! I actually have been doing better than I thought! I was fixing my son his dinner and pop a french fry in my mouth and spit it out once I realized what I had done. My date is Oct. 7! It will be here before you know it!

I just finished day 3 of mine it was definitely better than day 2! Day 2 was worse than day 1 mentally/emotionally! I weighed today though to keep my eye on the prize. Good luck, my surgery is oct 7th too :)
