I appreciate the responses but I don't appreciate feeling attacked for feeling frustrated. WJE626 4 Posted October 27, 2013 I lost 24 lbs so far. I'm at a stall right now for 3 days straight. I have been getting enough Water and working my Protein up. I do better with eating my Protein rather than drinking it I am 18 days out. I think I just need to get back to the gym. On Tuesday my exact 3 weeks I'm ok'ed for weights. LeahJade 26 Posted October 27, 2013 I lost 7kg and weighed myself again and put 2 back on I've promised myself now that I will not weigh myself again and will wait until each Drs appointment and just concentrate on following the diet provided. cpagility 0 Posted October 28, 2013 Heading into day five and nothing so far! I am going to be humiliated to go back to work in a week if I don't lose any weight. .. I feel like the only person in this whole forum that hasn't lost ANY weight the first week. Its especially frustrating since I have not been nauseated and am getting in all liquids and Protein.
