supermom223 140 Posted September 23, 2013 made these for lunch....YUM 1 tuna in pouch 80 calories 1 egg 1 cup shredded cheddar 1 scoop nectar non flavored Protein Powder (optional) adds 10grams Protein to whole batch ) 1/2 tsp baking powder... Mix all together and place in mini muffin pan... bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or until set) My recipe contained 410 calories, 23.5 grams fat, 48 grams protein, and 5 carbs, recipe yielded 9 mini muffins so Each one is 45 calories, 2.6 grams of fat, 4.2 grams protein, 0.5 carbs .... 5 lrs, meamo, MNMema and 2 others reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
