Hello everybody I'm soooo happy I just weighted myself yesterday and i'm down to 197 I've lost 63 pounds I haven't been under 200 in years. My sleeve was done on 4/10/13 at first I thought things were going to slow but my sister and my mother are my support and they keep reminding me you did not put it on over night :) I'm running now next year I want to do a 5k. The sleeve was the best thing for me I'm so happy. God bless everyone on this web site hope everything is going well for you to and for the people who are planning on getting the sleeve good luck and may God bless you with your journey. Also are there any Delaware sleevers like the Dover area I plan on having a weight loss group in the area soon. :P:D:rolleyes:
