I like Muscle Milk. There is a 14 ounce version that has 20 or 25 grams of Protein (depends on flavor). It has about 220 calories.

A good rule of thumb is if you are getting 15 grams of Protein, it should have 150 or less calories. If it has 20 grams, it should be 200 calories or less, etc.

I'm not terribly knowledgable about Protein Drinks, but do know that muscle milk chocolate is one of the few I can choke down.

i was told no muscle milk because it's got a ton of iffy stuff in it, and it doesn't have a lot of Protein.< /p>
