Yep sipping and walking!! The walking does wonders for the pain from the surgery gas. They've told me gas-x won't help that gas.

flew home earlier today. my wounds are sore and i have a bruise on my stomach. i hope its nothing.

The bruise is probably from the antibiotic that they poked us with. I have one too, I wouldn't worry! Glad to hear you're doing well!! Are you on MyFitnessPal?
