Don't feel so bad, my weight loss is similar to yours. As long as we keep heading in the right direction. I know it is sometimes discouraging when you compare to so many others that are loosing so much faster, but every person is different and I certain that you have started to feel the benefits of your progress.

My friend you are doing great. Your stats are in average and some start slowly and kick it up later in later months while some loose quickly in the beginning. Congratulations and keep going. Don't get discouraged. The wonderful news is that we all decided to begin this journey and take back our lives. My doc always tells me keep your Water up, Protein up, take your Vitamins and add in exercise. The rest your body will do in its time. Good luck.

Wow!! You guys are doing great. I'm happy with what I've lost so far, I was finally able to break my plateau. My staring weight was 216 and in currently at 173 I've lost a lot of inches went from size 16 to 8. I only want to loose another 25-30.

Keep up the good work everyone. We can do it. congrats!!

It just makes me upset at times when I work hard and make smart choices ( food wise) and I don't see the results.
