Butterthebean 8,146 Posted October 7, 2013 Yay!!! The last drain is out!!! It is so much easier to go to the bathroom and I have my pocket back. It is hard to believe that my surgery was less than 2 weeks ago! I feel so good. I look good too! I went to target and tried on some clothes. It is going to be hard not to buy clothes now! EVERY thing looks good! I am now a size 8! I started at a size 24 and 297 in May of last year. Now I am 164 5'8 and a size 8. Was a size 10 before my tt. He says I will be smaller still because of the swelling. I don't think I will be a 6 though. Sent from my iPhone using VST Now that your drains are out do you still have to wear your binder? kijohns3 106 Posted October 7, 2013 When I went for my first follow up, he took off the binder and put me in a compression garment. It is different but still uncomfortable. The only upside is that I get to show off my new figure! I still have a lot of swelling over 5 weeks out in my tummy. My breasts look fantastic though! I will be interested to see how going back to work effects me as far as the swelling and how tired I will be when I get home. I still have A LOT of swelling especially after my first day back at work yesterday. kijohns3 106 Posted October 29, 2013 Prior to BA I was a 36-38 b as they were pretty empty. He put in Gummy implants that were 350 and 425 cc ( my breasts were different sizes).
