Yeah, I'm more worried about my insurance coordinator doing her job than CIGNA actually approving me. I emailed her two days ago, no response. Emailed her again this morning and still nothing. Unbelievable.

That is why it took so long to approve mine. I was mad as crap....

Well I called and still no decision. This is now day 6. They are killing me!!

Called this afternoon and they told me I was approved. Called the doc and they hadnt heard from the insurance. So i am STILL tentative.ggggrrrrrrrrrrr

Received my approval letter this weekend but havent heard from the surgeons office. So irritated right now!
