Today I am 4wks exactly post-op. I also hit 40lb loss from my highest weight and 20lb loss since surgery. A good way to start my day I was in a stall all of week 3 so stepping on the scale this morning and finally seeing it go down was great!

I am only 20 pounds down feeling good. Not sticking to 3 weeks diet p, well yes I am I do Protein but I had a couple of trader joes wheat crackers that went down good and I had a taste of hummus. Only getting in 3 days a week of a work out. Waiting for my six weeks of clearance to kick up the work out, was kinda upset because I thought I should have lost more. My date was October 1
