Good Morning Everyone,

I woke up this morning and weighed myself.....I have lost a total of 50lbs since starting this journey.

My heaviest weight =289 lbs Nov. 2012

Prior to pre-op diet =266 lbs Aug. 12th

Day of Surgery =251 lbs Aug. 23rd

After Surgery =259 lbs Aug. 25th

22 days post-op =239 lbs Sept. 17th

Woohoo for me.......happy dance, happy dance.

Oh, I also had a NSV yesterday.......I fit comfortably in a size 18 jeans.
