Hello All

I'm new to VST, my surgery s scheduled for Friday, September, 20, 2013. I'm excited because I have been on 5 medications for my blood pressure for several years now not to mention several added diagnosis in this year alone. I know this is the bet choucroute for me and I want to surround myself around knowledgable people to help me on my journey for new healthy life.

No I'm not on a liquid diet but I'm on a one meal a day diet and 2 high Protein shakes for 2 meals.

That is what I am working towards. Right now I have a morning shake but, I will need to move up to 2x's a day. Better sooner than later.
