Shells_Almost_There 357 Posted September 15, 2013 Best of luck! I had mine last Sept 10. My best advice is to be calm, I stayed calm up until I was put asleep. The hardest thing was the gas pressure after surgery. My pain was low, a 4 out of 10 the first hours then a 2 out of 10 the following day. Hope everything goes well! Thanks for the great advice. I just had a hiccup in my great plan of getting a ride to the hospital, which is stressing me out a bit, but I feel really calm about the surgery itself! Shells_Almost_There 357 Posted September 15, 2013 A heating pad saved me from gas pain. I highly recommend one. I just went and bought one - my mom was bringing one for after surgery but I decided to grab one for the hospital as well. Thanks!

mlowell 39 Posted September 16, 2013 Just so you know, if you have to wear oxygen at all you can't use your vaseline or any petroleum based product.
