supbanana 153 Posted September 15, 2013 What insurance do u have for meds? Abilify 20mg is like $1000 a month at cvs. I was thinking of buying from canada. Any ideas? I know Lamictal and certain other meds have a needs based program where you can get discounts through the company itself. Can you ask your p-doc about that option with Abilify? 1 ElyQuint reacted to this
SuperFab 689 Posted September 15, 2013 Try going straight to the manufacturer. I get Lyrica (for my spinal stenosis) straight from Pfizer for no cost 2 supbanana and ElyQuint reacted to this
wasabi 57 Posted September 15, 2013 This is what makes me angry. Abilify is a lifesaver for me. I cannot imagine not having the insurance to pay for it. I hope you can find a way.
ElyQuint 446 Posted September 16, 2013 ... and crash. Time to call my doc. But at least the garage ceiling is clean. Sigh.

NikkiBGood 4 Posted October 7, 2013 I was diagnosed Bi-Polar II a few weeks before my surgery. They finally got me on meds that were working. Post-op, I vomit nearly every night, 30-minutes to an hour after taking my medication. Any advice? I have to take them at night as they exhaust me. Other than that, I'm open to anything. I'm calling my doctors tomorrow for professional guidance. I would just like any advice.

NikkiBGood 4 Posted October 7, 2013 Not with food, after dinner. Usually about 2-3 hours after.
ElyQuint 446 Posted October 7, 2013 Check the bottle. The only med I take that doesn't require it be taken with food is my klonopin.
NikkiBGood 4 Posted October 9, 2013 I finality got a hold of my doctor. He asked that I lower my dose for 3-5 days and call back next week if I'm still having the problem. None of my medications said to take with food. I'll see what changes.
