Designer whey and most others I have tried are very very difficult for me to get down. Can people kindly post what they have found for this... something that won't make you gag!

1/2 milk

2 eggs

1 pack or two splenda

I know eggs and mik have Protein so I will try it .. Maybe u should :rose: :clap2:
