I have lost 38lbs since my surgery on Aug 20th! Holy crap! Blood pressure was perfect! Life is GREAT!

Great idea! Perhaps I will drink my lemon Water from a fancy wine glass tonight!!! Didn't think of that! Good luck on your surgery! Preparing physically and mentally is a must! Keeping your eye on the prize will keep you going!!
