TexasMiss 314 Posted September 13, 2013 So not complaining, but haven't lost in two weeks, and think I hit my first stall. I had surgery in Mexico so haven't had the luxury of a NUT. I checked into it but didn't see the point of paying $300 when I've been pretty successful on my own (to this point). I've been at 800 calories for several months and 60-80g of Protein a day. I'm debating if I need to increase my calories or protein? For those of you around 6 months like me, what's your calorie/protein intake?
BlessedBeyondMeasure2012 296 Posted November 12, 2013 Lucky you! I'm at almost 8 months but I usually average around 1000 cal a day (800-1200 usually). I also shoot for 100 gm of Protein and usually hit around 80 gm

Where did you get your information on how to eat if you did not have a nutritionist? You've been super successful, and I want to be that successful when I have my surgery too. ????
