Nauseous every morning.. Not sure why but it's getting annoying

For me it's a dehydration thing cause you go all night without drinking so I make sure I drink a cup of pedialyte before bed and when I wake up.

I might be a little dehydrated I wake up with an extremely dry mouth... & no babies for me. can't have anymore.
