Starting weight this challenge 143 Todays weight 139 Total loss ~4 I am doing the 5:2 plan because I am trying to lose my 8 pound bounce back I experienced at the end of year 2. Forensikchic 528 Posted October 17, 2013 Now that we have a few weeks' worth of data, I created a tab in the measures spreadsheet with graphing capability. It's not much, but it can still be interesting. Open the spreadsheet and choose the "Graphs" tab at the bottom of the page. If you choose your name in the list on the right, your stats will show up in the chart. I'm including a screenshot of mine here for you to see what I mean: Anyway, just having more fun with Excel.
