Beach Lover 1,084 Posted September 17, 2013 I expect that just as everyone is posting their start weights now they will post an updated weight every Thursday until Halloween as well. It's relatively simple for me to take these weights and enter them into the spreadsheet (which updates the online version automatically). As I enter new data, I simply "LIKE" each of the posts I've already entered, a technique which helps me make sure we don't miss anyone. The spreadsheet will do all the real work tracking progress, calculating % success (SW-CW/SW-GOAL), and tracking lbs lost. This should be a fun way for us to see what big changes we are making both individually and as a group! The is fantastic! FRED1977 186 Posted September 17, 2013 Ok, I'm in... Starting weight 259. Goal is 245. I tend to be a slow loser so I set the goal for 14 lbs. I hope to do much better!!! I weigh in at 255 and I would like to be down to 245 lbs as well...... Lets do it. I look at this is just having fun even if I don't get there by then I know I will someday.
