Getting Banded in One week!

I have been on the pre-op diet for one week. I went to the Dr. today and was blown away. I have lost 17.5lbs in 7 days. The count down is on surgery is on the 24th.

Exactly!!!! What was your diet? Did you starve? Was it legal?

Currently my diet is around 500 calories per day. I have 2 EAS Protein shakes and 1 SmartOnes frozen entree for dinner. I have also been drinking 80oz. of Water a day. From here on out I am on 4-5 Protein Shakes per day only.

That diet doesn't sound too bad.

I LOVE the SmartOne's 3 cheese ziti. It is my absolute favorite.. I eat them almost every single day for lunch! lol

That is amazing news. Just think how much you will lose after being banded. Everything will change for you. Way to go!
