I've done very good all day. Until I had a piece of lasagna. ???? Has anyone else cheated on there liquid diet?

Newbie here!! How long post op are you on liquids? Or are you talking about the pre op liquid diet?

It won't kill you. It WILL make you want more, then more, then more. This is your chance to get control of your evil brain (I call my evil brain "Skippy".) Skippy WANTS you to eat.

But YOU want to be in control and shrink your liver.

AND post surgery, you might have a nasty surprise or two or three if you let Skippy win.
