Can you take your Vitamins with Water? Or is it a no-no? I forgot...

I take mine with Water. I also have spaced them over the entire day since I have to double up on several. (my 12 week post op labs were not great and I am very low on several of the vitamins) Sometimes I feel I "eat more pills" than real food.< /p>

Just don't drink that "vitaminwater" beverage. Just sugar Water and same as soda

If your taking supplements, find them in liquid form at GNC or any other health Vitamin store.
