How so you get through the hard times?

I am doing fine with the "eating" but I am a week out today and all of a sudden this depression has swept over me. What is wrong with me and how do I fix it?

Many of us had "weepy times" a week or two into it. I think it's a combination of exhaustion, adjustment, estrogen, exhaustion and more exhaustion, thirst, hunger, discomfort...there's a lot going on.

I had it on and off for a couple of weeks. I "fixed" it by accepting it was normal, warning my loved ones that I was struggling but simply because of hormones, and waited for it to pass. And it did indeed pass.

It is quite normal, based on others' stories and it does pass. Just gotta gut it out and accept it. ((Hugs))

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
