Everything is still kind of running straight through me, but I am trying to get it all in and drink a little more slowly. The Protein Shakes will grow on you. I'm working on some recipes to make them better. I added unsweetened almond coconut milk, Water, tiny bit of Splenda, and cocoa powder to a scoop of banana flavored Syntha-6. It's yummers, but I have to drink it soooo slowly. Be patient and hang in there, it will get better! Our bodies just need time to adjust :-) and we will be healthier before we know it. Shoot me a message anytime!

Tons of patience. I'm guessing we will get used to it. I have been taking the first half hour of the day to make sure I get all of my meds and supplements in. Yesterday wasn't great and I didn't get much in, but I've been taking it much slower today and I seem to be doing a lot better. Slow and steady! We will get there :-D
