going for my very first appt. I'm super nervous.. what should I expect?

I'm not sure if all doctors do the same at the first appt but I met with the psychologist, nutritionist, nurse and surgeon the first appt. And filled out LOTS of paperwork. There was absolutely nothing to be nervous about. I was there for several hours.
