Can someone pls recommend me a Soup in a can that we CAN have.... Low sodium low fat...

I'm desperado!!!!!

Google Low sodium low fat. Walmart has some and if you have a trader joe's by you, then they have some as well. Add plain Protein to it to get your protein count in. Good luck.

Post surgery full liquids I was told I could have ANY strained cream Soup and not to worry about fat and calories since your intake is so minuscule. I have been having Campbell's or any generic cream of potato with a little pepper. Yummy!!

I loved (and still love) campbells beefy mushroom...minus the small chunks of beef. Added Isopure unflavored Protein Powder, tossed it in a blender and was good to go! Cream of potato to...cream of all most anything really. Campbells has a good selection of 98% fat free

Don't worry so much about the sodium unless you specifically have issues, or at least I should say you probably aren't going to need to worry about it much.

I liked to make my own, and it isn't hard to do - take chicken broth or beef broth (lamb is OMG) and make "trinity" combos - like chicken, celery, carrots, onion and then take the chicken out, blend it, strain it, and then food process the chicken, adding the blended veggies in that. If you have a vitamix or know someone who does that will make a pure out of a tire Iron if you were so inclined, they are EXPENSIVE but make amazing Soups and smoothies and such.

Also try things like she-crab soup and canned oysters, pureed with lemon...good, good, good!

Also you can take squash, mint, canned chicken, and currey and almond milk and make an amazing thai 'cheat'.

Be careful with your protien powders, over 130 degrees and you denature the protien.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
