Pookeyism 1,143 Posted September 9, 2013 spinnach w/dash of lemon, apple, blue cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts - about a half cup cause I am going to yoga soon after, after I will finish it, hopefully, then as much mint tea as I can get in before bed to reydrate (hot yoga!).
