Either a tilapia filet with salsa ontop or a couple ounces of chicken with salsa ontop. A friend at work made a huge jar of fresh salsa from his garden so I eat it with everything now lol.

Riceless sushi.......best way I can describe it. Rice paper, bib lettuce, cucumber,carrot, crabmeat, shrimp. Rolled up and dipped into some low sodium soy sauce and wasabi! Yum Yum!! Bought this at Publix and so so good!

spinnach w/dash of lemon, apple, blue cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts - about a half cup cause I am going to yoga soon after, after I will finish it, hopefully, then as much mint tea as I can get in before bed to reydrate (hot yoga!).
