KCSG 38 Posted September 9, 2013 Up and out today...although I can't remember a time in my life where I had so little energy. I did down an 8oz Protein shake this morning...which is good due to Fluid and 20oz of Protein. Hopefully that helps. In underestimated recovery and am going to take another week off of work. Need proper time to recover. Thanks for the support all.
LloydBraun 15 Posted September 9, 2013 Best of luck. It gets better. Don't be afraid to push a little more when you can.
Arts137 1,811 Posted September 9, 2013 Yep, I am 3 months out and fatigue and naps took longer than I'd thought. But it does get better (and I still like naps!) 1 Roo101769 reacted to this

thebean 12 Posted September 9, 2013 I'm 6 days out and I know how you feel. I just have to have my fluids with me all the time and sip all the time. Yesterday was the closest I've gotten to getting all my Protein in. Hang in there, rest up and walk walk walk, plus those fluids.

I have yet to get a whole one down over the course of a day. Maybe today will be the day. I think one of the reasons I am so tired is because the sleep I am getting is crappy. The pain on my left side is still pretty bad and sleeping on my back is not ideal.
