Has anyone made a vision board? Do you feel like it helped you? What types of things did you put on it? I've been thinking about making one while I'm stuck at home after surgery but I'm not quite sure what to put on it, or if its worth all the time and effort.

I have done a collage before...old pics of myself (good & bad), pictures of outfits, clothes, shoes, undies, jewelry, etc. I would like to wear, pictures of hair styles...I didn't spend a lot of time on it, but I still have it up in my bedroom beside a summer dress I want to fit in to next summer for the beach.
