I'm so nervous that they will find something wrong tomorrow and it will prevent me from getting the surgery, help!!!

Try not to worry! The chance that your surgery would be postponed in extremely minimal! You are having the normal jitters and you just need to take some slow breaths and relax! Tomorrow is your day!! Good luck and keep us posted! :)
