chris82 1 Posted September 7, 2013 My surgery was Wednesday 9/4 and today 9/7 I already lost 8lbs... is this normal or too fast Sent from my SGH-M919 using VST
gmanbat 5,889 Posted September 7, 2013 After surgery folks lose varying amounts of weight and some even gain weight. The 8 pounds does not indicate anything bad, your body is adjusting. It will slow down, stop, resume, gain, and lose again on the course of your new journey. 2 chris82 and RAAinNH reacted to this

Beach Lover 1,084 Posted September 7, 2013 Welcome! Losing 8 pounds is a wonderful start! You will fluctuate from time to time or just totally stall. If you haven't done measurements do them now! When you aren't losing on the scale you are losing in inches. This is still weight loss and the scale will reflect it eventually. Congratulations on your surgery! 1 chris82 reacted to this
