You look great. I am at the same starting stats as you. I hope & pray that my success is as good as yours. I am on a six month wait due to my insurance. If you don't mind me asking, what did you do to get your results? Congrats on you success!!!

I'm 5'4

I stuck to the plan as best I could. Ditched the fizzy juice, embraced Water, Protein Protein & protein and avoid bread, rice & pasta! I have chocolate every day!! 90% coca x 2 squares every night! And I walk my dog loads!!

I also had a Tummy Tuck 15 days ago!!

I just want to tell you that you look awesome....I am due to have surgry this month. My goal is to lose 55 Lbs, I could do it myself if I could run or even walk fast but I had 2 kne surgeries and I need a knee replacement...so that is out the door...I am excited though because I have gone through a lot to get to this point and get approved for surgery.... and I am however worried about what I will look like..flabby etc. You look great. I know you said you had a tumm tuck but your arms look great too...did you find that any other areas were flabby after you lost so much weight?

After losing 100lbs pounds, my stomach was defo the worse area for loose skin, and the top of my thighs, my arms aren't too bad and I'm no longer striving for perfection, I just want to be comfortable in my own skin :-)

Hope that helps

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
