KCSG 38 Posted September 7, 2013 My doc says at day 3 I can try Greek Yogurt, etc. with my small sips if Water going well, I still have some discomfort and am a little gunshy about moving to yogurt. At the same time, my body needs nutrients. How soon did you all start in yogurt? Is it really just trial and error? Thanks all!!
Fixerupper 335 Posted September 7, 2013 I was given it on day one. Just make sure it is no fat and I'd avoid Chobani. I did have to strain it in the beginning.

BigDaddyJoe 246 Posted September 7, 2013 I couldn't have yogurt until the puréed stage, after 1 week. 1 KCSG reacted to this
ScottsGirl 106 Posted September 7, 2013 You can get nutrients from Premier Protein shakes as well; it's loaded with Vitamins and has 160 calories! I wasn't able to have yogurt until week 3, but every doctor is different. Your sleeve needs to heal and eating something like this could put pressure on it. If you have an experienced doctor, then you should take his/her advice. But, if you do eat anything, just make sure it's not thick as it may not go down easily!
