I am just south of you. I am south of Utica in Bridgewater on Route 8. How long have you been sleeved and how are you doing? I was sleeved one month ago and I am down ten pounds. I have forty to go.

I used to live in the adirondack but now I'm down by the city but my parents still live in the Adirondacks. Where are you in the Adirondacks ?
