dina anderson 0 Posted January 17, 2007 Hi All, I have my surgery scheduled for Feb 22nd, I have so many question!! I have a co-worker that had it done and she has done really well, although she was only 196 when she had it done. I'm at 285, so I have a lot further to go than she did. Can you give me a list of foods that you absolutely cannot eat? And what did you eat the first month? Thanks to everyone for your help!

I am not banded yet but I have been lurking at this website for quite sometime. These people are great. There is a guys website I have found that has some recipes on it: http://www.92inches.com/ at the bottom of the page after all the pictures are 2 recipes he has used. Also click on the food forum here on lapbandtalk. There are alot of recipes there. I'm jealous you have a surgery date. I hope I can get one before spring. Good Luck
