I will be 6 weeks on Wednesday but don't have a checkup appt till the following week. I'm just getting sick of the same foods I'm ready to start something new! TahoeDoll 28 Posted January 22, 2014 I was sleeved by Dr. Soong on Dec 23, 2013. Been going to LVA on Rainbow and lost over 35 pound. Started soft foods and I take two small bites and I'm really full I burp a a lot when I'm full. Don't find to many people from Vegas here glad to find this thread. Piggy piggy 34 Posted February 23, 2014 Today is my two month mark and lost 50 pounds. I go to the gym 3 days a week for about an hour and half. My sister use to go with me but she's been flaking out on me. Once you get in ur own grove going by yourself is not bad you get pass it. The class I really enjoy at LVA is Sha'Bam. michelev97 27 Posted February 23, 2014 What is Sha'bam? I'm past my two months and haven't lost near that much, but I just started the gym this week. I keep reminding myself that I need to be proud of what I am accomplishing and not compare myself. I'm closing in on getting into the 160s and excited about that.
