Ms.Cali 56 Posted September 6, 2013 Keep a bottle of baby oil in the shower. While you're still wet (after your done - before drying off) - apply the baby oil on and massage into skin generously. Dry off with a towel, than use your lotion. I had alligator skin until I started doing this. You can also try coconut oil. Works for hair too. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
